From elegant floral arrangements and decorative vases to lighting décor, wall art, clocks, mirrors, and handmade crafts, we ensure every order is carefully packed and delivered with care.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, including:

  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P Courier

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on orders of PKR 10,000 or above
  • A standard delivery fee may apply to orders below PKR 10,000, depending on location and order size

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times

Lahore 1–2 Working Days Karachi, Islamabad & Rawalpindi 2–3 Working Days Faisalabad, Multan & Peshawar 3–4 Working Days Other Cities & Remote Areas 4–7 Working Days

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • Customers will receive order confirmation once the order has been successfully placed.

Order Tracking

Every shipped order includes a live tracking link, which will be shared via WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Ensure your contact number is active and reachable.
  • Someone should be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

AIMI's is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the parcel and product immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  3. Share your order number and supporting images through WhatsApp.

Our team will review the issue and provide assistance as quickly as possible.
